In a 3rd-party BPO relationship, YO! takes direction from our BPO partner and executes according to the program requirements. This is to ensure that the BPO partner retains control of their client relationship. In fact, YO! will not build or maintain any client relationship beyond what is required to handle day-to-day work. YO! simply executes the program based on our partner's direction.
